Do you have a broken iPad or keyboard?
STUDENTS -
For broken iPads, here is the process:
Incident Submissions Process
- Complete the iPad Incident Form (https://www.sfhs.com/technology/ipad-program/ipad-incident-report)
- You will receive a confirmation email after submitting the form.
- Print the confirmation email, including the form details submitted on the form.
- Student and parent must sign the printed email.
- Deliver the signed email to the Tech Hub, located in the Library, upstairs in the Sobrato Commons. In the case of theft, the student must also file a police report.
