Do you have a broken iPad or keyboard?

 

STUDENTS - 

For broken iPads, here is the process:

Incident Submissions Process
  1. Complete the iPad Incident Form (https://www.sfhs.com/technology/ipad-program/ipad-incident-report)
  2. You will receive a confirmation email after submitting the form.
  3. Print the confirmation email, including the form details submitted on the form.
  4. Student and parent must sign the printed email.
  5. Deliver the signed email to the Tech Hub, located in the Library, upstairs in the Sobrato Commons. In the case of theft, the student must also file a police report.
