Here is a quick video that shows how to clone groups in Havalo. This is particularly helpful when a new school year starts and you wish to retain last year's group/club/team roster for posterity.

1. Go to the existing group.

2. Select the action gear. 

3. Select "Clone"

4. The option to only clone active users will automatically drop graduates or withdrawn students if they have been disabled already by your system manager (usually done when students are no longer in a data import file). 

5. Go into the Roster for the new group and adjust the tags to match the current school year. For example, remove "2020-21" and add "2021-22" if you are creating a group for the 2021-22 school year.
